Family Music For Babies (ages 0-15 mos, 30 minutes)
Babies are born with an aptitude for music, but research shows that aptitude diminishes if it is not nurtured. Come join other mothers/babies as they sing, dance, play peek-a-boo and make music together with instruments and scarves.

Family Music For Toddlers (14 mos — 3.5 years, 30 minutes)
Musical play for toddler and parent; a fun filled introduction to music, including songs, instruments, hoops, stick horses, scarves and lots of movement.

Cycle of Seasons (3-5 years, 45 minutes)
Introducing musical concepts while exploring seasonal activities. Activities include singing, playing with many percussion instruments, stories and poems brought to life on xylophones, creative movement, and musical games using hoops and scarves and much more.

Music Makers Year 1 – “At Home” (5-6.5 years, 60 minutes w/o parent)
A sequential program where children learn to read and write music through song, dance, and instrument exploration. The importance of ensemble music making, orchestral instruments, and musical composition will be emphasized.

Music Makers Year 2 – “At the Keyboard” (6-8 years, 60 minutes w/o parent)
An introductory group keyboard class for beginners. We will connect the child’s bodily understanding of beat, rhythm, and musical concepts to the piano while capitalizing on the child’s love of group music-making. Work will also be done on xylophones and drums. We’ll stress improvisation and composition as a natural part of piano playing and further build the foundation for music literacy.
